When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address and phone number.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
If you consent to SMS we use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

SECTION 4 - Wix Payments , Adgen B.V & Stripe
Our store is hosted on Wix Payments Adgen B.V & Stripe. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Wix's data storage, databases and the general Wix application. For more information on how Wix store data please contact them directly.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix Payments, Adgen B.V & Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We always endeavour to despatch as quickly as possible Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Boxes are made to order and usually dispatched within 1-3 working days.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY - We currently only deliver to the UK
Currently delivering by Royal Mail 2nd Class for individual boxes.
Note : Royal Mail 2nd Class is NOT tracked
Royal Mail 2nd Class is typically 2 – 4 days
We CANNOT be held responsible for late deliveries once despatched we are reliant on our appointed courier.
Refunds & Returns (for DIY Pamper Boxes)
If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order, providing: Our refund policy is 28 days, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within 28 days.

For authorised returns, please pack the product carefully in our original packing to avoid damage in transit. Any product returned where we have hand written a gift message or gift wrapped your box this order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying the postage costs for returning your item.
Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.
